Meet Katie

As a former journalist and public relations executive, asking thoughtful questions has been a cornerstone of my career. Beyond the standard who, what, when, where and how, my approach brings a 20-year track record of addressing complex challenges, revealing deep insights, making meaningful connections and achieving measurable results.

That same curiosity and strategic thinking now drive my work as a certified executive coach. Now I help high-achievers lead with intention and advance their careers. While I specialize in coaching women and professionals in communications, marketing, and media, my clients span industries and identities.

In addition to coaching, I take on select communications consulting projects, helping organizations fuel growth, influence decision-makers, and create lasting impact through sharper messaging, change navigation, and brand reputation strategies.
